2. Validity and Blackout Dates

3. Discount Code Requirements
Monthly Codes: Discount codes change every month. You must request the current, valid code via WhatsApp or our website before finalizing your booking.
Booking Requirement: We cannot fulfill or honor any discounted orders without a valid code applied at the time of booking.
Expiration: Each code is valid for one month only. Ensure you claim and use your code within its active window.
4. Misuse and Cancellation Policy
Verification: If we suspect a discount code is being misused or applied incorrectly, we will issue an invoice for the remaining balance.
Payment Deadline: This balance must be paid within 12 hours to secure your appointment.
Cancellations: If the corrected payment is not received within the 12-hour window, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. In this event:
The booking fee will be retained as a cancellation charge.
Any other prepayments will be refunded.
5. General Terms
Existing Bookings: Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings. However, as this is a recurring monthly offer, please check our website or WhatsApp for future availability.
Right to Amend: We reserve the right to change, amend, or withdraw any offer without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
Management Rights: We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe our discount system is being abused. The Manager’s decision is final in all matters.
