The 15-Minute Rule. Just as you would for a dentist and doctor , we require all clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time
Why? This helps us stay on schedule and ensures you receive the full, high-quality experience you expect without being rushed.During our busiest hours, even a small delay impacts every client following you.
• Punctuality: If you cannot arrive early, please select a later slot.Allow extra time for traffic parking accident and public transport Late Arrivals: If you are unable to arrive at least 15 minutes early, please select later slot. During peak hours, small delays impact every client after you.

• Cancellations: If you are more than 5 minutes late for your actual slot, the system will automatically cancel your appointment.You need to book another one
